Our new customer portal, ALS Solutions, is an important part of our continued digitization work. The new self-developed customer portal will replace our old system, ALS Online. ALS Solutions is already used in large parts of our Life Science business globally and has been developed based on our customers' wishes.
ALS Solutions gives you immediate access to all the services we offer in one place, such as ordering analyses, order status, viewing results and partial results, using limit values/customer-specific limit values and much more.
